Frequently Asked Questions
Formal Tuscan chic. Celebrate with us in al fresco and full color! Think vibrant colors, sunset hues, bold florals, and Mediterranean brights. Please view our Dress Code category on the website for inspiration photos.
Pisa International Airport (PSA) is the closest airport to Lucca, as it is only a 30-minute drive or train ride away. That being said, if you’ve never been to Rome, we suggest flying into Fiumicino Airport as there are many direct flights from Montreal and it is a 3-4 hour train or car ride away from Lucca.
Villa Grabau is only a 10 to 15-minute drive (depending on the traffic). Taxis are easily accessible to and from the venue.
On the day of the wedding, we have organized a shuttle service for guests to be driven to the venue. Those interested will be picked up at one of the following two separate meeting points at 4:15 p.m.: (1) Porta Elisa (nearby Hotel Ilaria) and (2) Porta Sant'Anna (nearby Palazzo Dipinto).
At the end of the evening, from midnight until 1:30 a.m., mini vans will be available to drop our guests off directly at your hotel and/or airbnbs in the city of Lucca.
If you think you will need to leave the wedding earlier than this, please advise us.
For those who prefer to drive, there is parking available on site.
We recommend arriving 2 to 3 days prior to the wedding, to beat any jet lag.

Yes! There will be welcome drinks, wine and an open bar during the dinner and party. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you 😉
We’re keeping the wedding quite small and intimate, and as a result are unable to accommodate additional guests. We hope you understand and we truly can’t wait to celebrate with you!
